If you are going to strip the golden rule is that you should look great naked. No matter what your body type, it’s essential that every showgirl looks her best- after all what is the point on forking out hundreds on a new costume and not invest in the actual focal point of your routine- YOU! I believe a showgirl work out should be fun but I’ll also push you to make the most of what you naturally have. I’ll be introducing my class attendees to leggy, butt orientated workouts that I’ve refined after years of working in circus and chorus line.
